We like this hotel so much that we’ve stayed more than once, and the staff are very kind. But if you’re hoping for deep sleep, it may not be the place. Even with earplugs, the chickens woke me at 5am and kept going until 6:30. I’m writing this because I can’t sleep. Please find a solution.

We stayed one night and the staff were amazing, helping us whenever we needed something. At check-in they explained the available services, including in-room massage, room service, scooter hire, and floating breakfast. We tried the floating breakfast and thought it was good value. We could pick the time and our drink, and there was a wide choice, from nasi goreng and mi goreng to pancakes, bacon, eggs, and toast. The only letdown was the food. We ordered beef and chicken burgers, but the meat was very thin and not great. That was a small issue for us and didn’t spoil the stay. I’d suggest ordering something more traditional, since they may still be improving their Western food options.
