Mohammed made the trip so much easier. He was always there when we needed something, helped arrange everything, and gave us great suggestions for places, restaurants, and activities. He really went above and beyond, and our stay wouldn't have been as smooth or memorable without him. The whole team was welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. The hotel felt like a peaceful hideaway surrounded by jungle, with beautiful views. Our room was clean, comfortable, and lovely, and the food, atmosphere, and hospitality all added to the experience. We had an amazing time in Bali and can't wait to return, especially because of Mohammed and the people who made it so special.

Mohammad deserves a special thank you. He was respectful, professional, cooperative, and caring, and his knowledge, culture, and communication made every interaction enjoyable. He was always willing to go the extra mile and made sure things were right for us. The villa was spotless, comfortable, beautiful, and very well kept. The whole team was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home, and the attention to detail helped us relax. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the villa, and would be glad to come back. 💕💕💕💕💕💕

The private pool was the best part of our week at Tjendana Kanna Resort in Ubud. It was clean and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. We stayed in a private villa, surrounded by lush greenery and jungle views that were lovely to wake up to. The property feels tucked into nature but is still convenient for getting around. Staff were attentive, warm, and always smiling, and everything was well maintained. It felt calm and luxurious without going overboard. I'd happily stay again if I wanted a peaceful, private escape in Ubud.

The room was comfortable and the linen was clean, and the pool and villa made for a relaxing stay. The setting is beautiful, though some areas could use better upkeep. Breakfast wasn't very good, but we ate out anyway, so it didn't matter much to us. If simple breakfast and a few maintenance issues are okay with you, it's still a lovely place to enjoy staying in a villa.

The jungle around Tjendana Kanaka Jungle Resort made it such a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy Ubud's nature. Our room was comfortable, the staff made us feel welcome, and the hospitality was excellent. We had a wonderful stay.
