Ubud Diary Villa

It’s a lovely green and quiet spot, about 150 metres off the main road and roughly a 10-minute ride from the center. The resort is small, and you can tell a lot of care went into the bedrooms, shared areas, and restaurant. The rooms feel five-star, the food was great, and the amenities are complete. A couple of access issues: there’s no wheelchair access, and the narrow entrance makes it a little tricky for a minibus like a HiAce to reach the lobby.

We spent most of our time relaxing in the spacious villa, which had everything we needed and a private pool. It’s a little away from the busy part of Ubud, though a scooter or driver makes that easy. Tepa Sari restaurant is only a few minutes down the road, with great food and a nice setting. The villa arranged a golf buggy to take us there and bring us back, and the driver somehow knew just when we were ready. We had an awesome stay and would come again.

The staff were so warm and welcoming throughout our visit, and the villa was spotless. We had a wonderful short stay, with excellent amenities that made things more enjoyable. It seems like a great choice for families, and I’d happily recommend it.

The staff helped us arrange affordable drivers and suggested things to do, and all the drivers were great. The place is a bit away from downtown, which suited us because it was quiet. There’s also a coffee plantation visiting area nearby with free tasting. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was great. I’d stay here again.
