Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa

The free shuttle into the centre and the activities on offer were a real plus. We did yoga and a sound bath on the lovely rooftop, which was a highlight, and the hotel setting felt wonderfully tucked into the jungle, with views over the pool. Our room was beautiful, with a great bath, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit, tasty main dishes, good coffee, and oat milk, which I appreciated. The staff made the stay especially memorable. Everyone was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Dendi at breakfast deserves a special mention for being cheerful, kind, and genuinely lovely every morning. It's a beautiful hotel in a stunning setting and good value for money. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and breakfast had so many delicious choices. The pool is deep and cold, a refreshing spot with a lovely view of nature. The staff were exceptional. They carried our bags to the room and greeted us with a local drink. Room service was excellent, and they even gave us a small gift and a birthday dessert surprise for my partner. Special thanks to Dendi, who was kind and friendly to us the whole time.

The birthday surprise they arranged for me made my day and showed how much they care about their guests. It made my first solo trip even more memorable. Traveling alone for the first time felt like it could be overwhelming, but from arrival the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and looked after. The whole team was so kind and hospitable. My stay was amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better first solo adventure. I'll always remember it and hope to return someday.

It's a little away from the center, but their shuttle to and from the city makes getting there easy when you want to go in. The property itself is a lovely place to spend some quiet time in Bali. There's greenery everywhere, three gorgeous swimming pools, and great food at the restaurant. The staff are extremely courteous and kind. Putri at reception was great, and Novik greeted us at breakfast with the brightest smile. Lovely to see.
