Komang, the owner, was kind, fair, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel sits among quiet rice fields just south of Ubud, and the large rooms are top quality. There’s also a lovely landscaped pool area and a gorgeous, spacious shared kitchen. It’s only about a quick 10-minute scooter ride into the centre. Highly recommend!

The owners dismissed our complaints and said they wouldn’t do anything because we were paying a low price. They also kept us waiting all day over a refund, then charged us for that day. The AC didn’t work, and they knew about it without warning us, then said it was normal. There was no hot water, a lot of mold, and the towels smelled bad. The owner had promised fast Wi-Fi, but most of the time there wasn’t any. The shared kitchen didn’t even have a kettle or pot to boil water for coffee. They lied about so many things. The worst experience ever.

They charge the usual rates around Ubud, but the fridge is tiny for six rooms and doesn’t work. I brought it up with the owner and asked for it to be replaced, but they said they wouldn’t. Things were going bad in there within a day, so I guess I’ll have to buy food for each day and eat out.

Really nice rooms, clean and quiet, with a clean pool too. The friendly owner was very helpful. There’s a fridge guests can use and a kitchen for cooking. Recommend!!!

The hotel was amazing and felt like staying in your own home. Only drawback is it’s a bit far away.
