What really stood out during my stay was how kind and helpful everyone was. On my first day, a power outage hit just an hour before my online work shift. The staff voluntarily took me by motorbike to a café with a generator, then came back to collect me when the hotel’s power returned. Later that night, after an earthquake, they reassured me right away and calmly explained that this is normal here, which helped me stay relaxed. I even extended my stay by two nights. I only had USD, and they accepted it without any issue. Every staff member was genuinely friendly and attentive to my comfort. The hotel is quiet and spotless, an impressive thing for a place in the jungle, with almost no insects. My room had everything I needed: a Nespresso machine and capsules, Bluetooth speaker, work desk, large lounge bed on the balcony, comfortable mattress, tissues and bins placed conveniently, and an air purifier that runs automatically. The AC worked perfectly and the Wi-Fi was very fast. The modern bathroom was clean, the balcony was huge, and the pool was beautiful. There’s no noise from the surroundings, just a peaceful atmosphere. It’s only a 2-3 minute walk to the main road, despite what some reviews say, and Grab or Gojek motorbikes come right to the hotel. Food deliveries come to your room if you give them the room number. It seems like the details have been carefully considered, probably because the hotel is new. The place is spotless, peaceful, and very well equipped, with trash bins and tissues throughout. I’d give it 100 out of 5 if I could. It’s truly a haven of peace, and I highly recommend it.

For a short Ubud visit, this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms are compact but very well appointed, with great jungle views. There’s a nice pool and a small restaurant that served good food with great service. It’s just beyond the busy main town, so the location worked well. The main drawback is that car parking is limited. I’d definitely recommend it.

We spent five days here and had a really lovely stay. It’s close to the city, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was clean, the shower always had hot water, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed them.

The walk to the main road takes about 13 minutes, and it gets hectic there, so having a scooter is useful if you want to go out. But The CIVYT itself is quiet, a great escape from road noise. We stayed two nights and loved the beautiful interior. The room was clean, well equipped, and peaceful. The owner and staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the home-baked cakes and cookies were a lovely touch. Such a beautiful place!

The staff were the best part for me. They were kind and helpful from day one, made me feel at home, and helped with everything I needed. When I moved to my next place, they even carried my suitcase on the scooter. I miss you guys already, thank you! I’ll be back 🤍 I booked three nights and stayed ten days. The room looked just like the pictures, with beautiful decor, a comfortable bed, and a very quiet feel. It was extremely clean, with a lovely bathroom, a great hot shower, and good internet. At night it was silent, and waking up in bed to those jungle views felt like a dream. It’s an oasis in Ubud. There are nice restaurants close by, and you can get around town quickly by scooter. Highly recommend.
