The hotel’s pretty and in a good spot for getting around Ubud on foot. Breakfast is really good, with healthy choices as well as pancakes and a fried breakfast, and they also do a lovely floating breakfast. There’s an amazing massage salon across the road that I’d recommend. I chose this place and paid a bit more because, as a solo traveller, I wanted somewhere really peaceful. That was my perspective, and it may not matter to everyone. There are eight villas on a small plot, so it gets busy and people are always walking past. The staff are lovely and helpful, but their room is beside the villas, and they have loud conversations during the day. I may have been unlucky, since all the villas were booked while I was there, and families with kids were shouting and jumping in the pool. I enjoyed my stay, but if you’re on your larry like me, or perhaps a couple looking for a few days of true quiet, this may not be the place.

We stayed for two nights in the off-season and were the only guests, so it was fairly quiet. The rooms are beautiful, and the pool is gorgeous. Breakfast was available, though the restaurant didn’t have other food. The location is good, and the staff service was good, but could have been more attentive. We’ve had better service at other Bali hotels. On our second night, we were the only women staying there and there wasn’t much staff around, which made it feel a bit risky.

The infinity pool has a lovely jungle view, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. It’s a small hotel with only a few rooms, and the staff were always kind and helped us with everything we needed. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.

From the terrace, the view over the city jungle is amazing. It’s so quiet there, with just rustling trees and birdsong to hear. We loved this hotel and are glad we still have two nights left before heading home. If we come back to Ubud one day, we’ll definitely stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️

This wasn’t a suitable stay for me. I checked in and left within two hours, even though I know I booked the place. There are too many stairs to reach the room if you have bad knees, and the doors have gaps, as another review mentioned. You can’t walk to the main area, there are very few food options nearby, and taxis take an hour to arrive or even notify you. It doesn’t suit 60-year-olds who aren’t riding a scooter. The desk staff were very accommodating when helping me check out.
