The staff took great care of us, and Marlo and Nowa from the service team were especially courteous, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a highlight too. We booked bed and breakfast and enjoyed the range of Western and Asian choices, including freshly made egg dishes and sweet options. The hotel is very well maintained and managed. Our room was lovely, especially the extremely comfortable bed, and we slept well and woke refreshed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable Ubud stay, including a beautiful infinity pool and a small but adequate fitness center. The shuttle to the city center was also great, making it quick and easy to reach the sights.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. It’s perfectly located near everything, very clean, with strong internet and a beautiful pool. The reception team deserve special thanks. They greeted us with warmth, respect and professionalism from the start, and made check-in smooth and comfortable. They represent the hotel so well. They gave us our room before 2:00 PM, then surprised us with a cake and a special setup because my wife and I have been married for 33 years. The welcome made my wife, my family and me very happy. I can’t say enough about their kindness and respect.

Marlo was always on hand when we needed help, and the receptionists were lovely too. We had a good stay, with clean, comfortable rooms and AC. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was nice. The hotel is also close to the city centre.

The people here made our two weeks feel special. The front desk team always greeted us with a smile, and the breakfast staff were so pleasant. Marlo, Wen, Amirianti and Nova deserve a special mention. My wife and I felt well looked after, and we hope to see you again soon 🙏. The jungle setting was lovely, and the rooms, pool, facilities and breakfast were all great.

We had clean, quiet, spacious connecting rooms for our kids and us. The team were super friendly, and it was easy to walk into the centre or borrow the hotel bikes. The gym and pools were nice too. I just wish smoking and vaping were banned around the pool.
