Villa Casa Lokke

We arrived at the property and found that our car couldn't get access. When we asked for help, the property manager was rude and told us to cancel if we weren't happy. They cancelled our booking and kept all the money. I booked through booking.com and was told we hadn't shown up, even though we did. I have evidence of the conversation with the owner from when we arrived, and I'm still trying to get a refund. Never book with this place, they will rip you off.

Five of us stayed in this stunning villa and had the best experience. The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was ready each morning, and they helped book our excursions and arrange transport whenever we needed it. Amazing location too. I'd love to come back one day ❤️

We spent four days here and had no problems at all. Every morning the staff cooked breakfast, and they cleaned the villa, so after a long day exploring Bali we'd come back to spotless rooms. They were all so friendly. We're really happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had to find somewhere else to stay and got no refund. I regret booking here. We walked over to check the property, but the road is extremely narrow and the place isn't accessible by car. It's unsafe, in an area that felt like a slum, and nothing like the pictures. The kids were scared even waiting in the car, which was far from the property. I think the manager expects guests to carry their bags on their heads. This is a trap, so check the area and don't trust just the pictures and ratings. That was our mistake. The manager was rude.
