Villa Kirani Ubud

We arrived late, but the staff were kind, showed us to our room, and asked about breakfast. There were three breakfast options, each with coffee, fresh juice, and a fruit plate. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was clean and beautiful, with a good shower and bathroom, several lighting options, and its own balcony. Ants sometimes bothered us, but only when we left a plate of fruit uncovered. We were out early and didn't return until evening, so the staff left breakfast in our room, with fresh items and fruit in the fridge for later. This is a good place if you have a motorbike, close to Ubud but still quiet and pleasant. Thank you, it felt like home.

The views over the rice fields on the way in are amazing, and the ride to the city center takes only about eight minutes by scooter. You'll need one, but the setting is worth it. Our villa's private pool was perfect, the room was huge and had air conditioning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast could really be better. The choices were limited, and we ended up eating the same thing for two weeks. Aside from that, we highly recommend the place!

The room was huge and beautiful, and breakfast was tasty. The staff were lovely and really attentive. I liked being a little away from Ubud’s bustle, with several restaurants still within walking distance. Walking to the centre would take about an hour, but Grab or a scooter is quick. The front desk can arrange a scooter for 100,000 rdp a day. Our room did look out onto construction and powerlines, though.

I can be pretty fussy about accommodation, but this place felt lovely and was very clean. We spent 10 nights here and had an amazing stay. The rooms are spacious, and everyone was helpful and accommodating. It’s close enough to the centre without being right in the middle of it, which made it easy to relax.
