Villa Mangku in Ricefield

We loved our morning walks through the rice fields. The host was quick to reply and helped us plan activities. We arranged our own driver after shopping around, then did a waterfall tour to the specific falls we wanted to see. Wayan was a lovely, kind person who took care of us. We stayed four days in the four-bedroom villa, with spacious, clean rooms and good Wi-Fi. The views were stunning, and it felt like being in a village. The open-plan living area was gorgeous, and the pool was good. The kitchen is basic but has the essentials. It's about a five-minute walk to the main road for a taxi into town.

Devy was available and helpful throughout our stay. We spent two days at the villa, right among the rice fields, and found it really peaceful. The house was spacious, with lovely furniture, and we really enjoyed the pool. We had a great stay.

The location worked well for visiting places around Ubud, while still feeling quiet and secluded. We were surrounded by rice fields and fireflies, which felt magical. Devy was incredibly helpful, arranging drivers and suggesting activities like the monkey forest and whitewater rafting. The house had four huge bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, high ceilings that looked about 12 feet tall, and beautiful decor. There was plenty of room to lounge and eat. The private pool, surrounded by greenery, was big enough for the kids to play Marco Polo and other games. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Kadet and Devi were an amazing couple. They helped with everything we needed and went well beyond what we expected. We had a wonderful three-day stay in this villa. Highly recommended.
