It's a remote spot, just right if you need to get away from everyday chores. Keep in mind the last stretch, about a kilometer before you arrive, is a narrow dirt road. Bring enough food and snacks.

A very good place for a family or group holiday. The pool is nice and the gazebo is comfortable.

Everything there is great.

The house itself was okay, but the details didn't match the rating we expected: damp walls, no hot water in the upstairs showers, limited kitchenware, and towels that were a bit dirty. Getting into central Ubud also takes extra time and money, since it's not nearby. I'd skip breakfast. A couple arrive to make coffee, fruit, and pancakes, while the man and the owner linger in the garden drinking coffee as the woman cooks. It felt odd and uncomfortable, and the price gets you a much better breakfast in the village. I wouldn't stay here again, ever. There are thousands of better places in Ubud for what this house costs.

The owner really makes an effort to help you have a pleasant stay. It's a good base for seeing authentic Bali, about 3.5 km from central Ubud. The rooms each have their own bathroom, and there's fast internet, international TV channels, and a private pool.
