The pool was completely green even though it had only been cleaned three days earlier, and they knew we were arriving with two small children. Getting to Ubud centre also takes planning: it's about 15 minutes by scooter or at least 45 minutes on foot, so you'll definitely need one. Most of all, the owner's attitude toward us was awful. Zuzana seems to despise not just guests but Balinese people and culture, and that really showed. This was the worst accommodation we had in Bali. We wouldn't recommend it.

They cancelled our eight-night stay just two days before we were due to arrive.
