This is a small hotel with a lovely character, and it made for a quiet, secure stay. My room was spacious, clean, large, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed information or assistance, and a special thanks to Yuli for always being kind. I loved the peaceful setting, with coconut trees, gardens, and a yoga spot on the rooftop. Breakfast was delicious every time, with fresh fruit, fresh juice, and whatever kind of coffee you wanted. The location worked well too, close enough to town while still letting you enjoy the quiet.

The whole place is quiet, so we slept well every night. The staff were lovely and ready to help with anything, and the meals were delicious. Our room was beautiful and had lots of practical facilities. We also tried the spa treatment, which was worth it, with such kind service. We liked it so much that I wish we'd spent our last two nights there too. I'd highly recommend booking here!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay in a quiet part of Ubud, just a few minutes by car from the busy streets. The food was tasty and well prepared, the pool was beautiful, and the cooking class was a lot of fun.

I can't believe this hotel is rated five stars. When I arrived, I was shocked by the state of the rooms, how unclean they were, and the insects everywhere. They charged me the full amount in advance and now won't refund the unused nights, even though I can't keep staying in these conditions. This is one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. I'm asking the hotel to contact me right away and refund the nights I didn't use. I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated, and still surprised this place is listed as a five-star property.

We had a really lovely stay. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, but the best part was the kind, wonderful staff. The restaurant food could be improved, though, since there are better places to eat nearby 😊
