The rooms with AC are considerably cleaner than the ones without it, so those are the better choice. The air is pretty cold there, though, and you probably don't really need AC.

A budget place for backpackers, but my room was rather dirty. There were cigarette ashes in the drawers and rubbish behind the desk.

A great place to stay around Bregas, though the food was quite expensive.

The minibar was good, even though it was empty. The cleanliness and towel quality were poor, and the toilet wouldn’t flush.
