The location was the one real plus. The security staff were nice too, but the place badly needs a full renovation. We stayed for two months, and the apartment was old, dusty, and very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen smelled bad and was awful to use, with no utensils at all. Cleaning happened once a week, but it wasn’t thorough. Ants were everywhere, and we couldn’t sleep because they kept biting us. The living room sofa was in terrible shape and dirty. The sheets were smelly and stained yellow. The online photos also look heavily edited, since the place was very different in person.

These little huts are old, cramped, dirty, and smell of mould. The bed linen looks like it dates back to the Dutch colonial period. For such grim accommodation, it’s very expensive. I really wouldn’t recommend it.

A nice spot for a longer stay, though there isn’t a view. There are lots of cats and dogs around the property.

The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was very good. There’s a big range of tasty food, the portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. They also looked after the children well.

It feels like home, and it’s close to a beautiful beach and GWK. A good place to rent in Bali with family.
