Ceria House Ungasan Uluwatu

I checked out three weeks ago, but I’ve already chosen to come back here. Of all the places I’ve stayed, this is where I felt most at home, and I can’t recommend it enough. The owners were so kind and always willing to help. We spent time together in the evenings, playing cards and Uno and enjoying each other’s company. I made friends with them as well as with other guests, and the place felt more like staying with friends than being in a hotel. My room was looked after whenever I asked for cleaning. The price was very reasonable, especially for a peaceful location that’s still close to the city.

I spent two months at Ceria House, and it started to feel like home. There are lots of outdoor spots to relax and meet other travelers, which made it easy for me to connect with people. The rooms had everything I needed and were always clean. Diana and the staff were really helpful and did their best to keep guests comfortable. If you’re heading to Uluwatu and want to meet people, this is a lovely place to stay. I’d happily come back.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a place like this. It’s peaceful, quiet, and in a good location, with a nice view and terraces. There are plenty of spots around the property, including a work area with a table and good chairs, much like a coworking space. The two long, large pools are perfect, and it’s good for families too. There’s a fun, welcoming vibe here, with plenty of laughs and games. I’d recommend staying if you’re after a good time in Uluwatu. After exploring, it’s a lovely place to come back to. The beds are comfortable, the AC gets nice and cold, and there’s a shared kitchen for making a quick snack or a cup of tea. You can also buy a few cold drinks and snacks on site.
