Cipta Hotel Uluwatu

The location made it easy to get around, while the hotel itself stayed quiet and restful. I had no trouble relaxing after going out, and the view each morning was a treat. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable and luxurious. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. Sammy deserves a special mention for welcoming me so warmly and making sure I was comfortable and well looked after. The reception team set a great tone from the start, and the service really stood out. I had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Thanks to Sammy and the team for making it so memorable.

The facilities were good, and everything was clean and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax away from the bustle of the town center. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Uluwatu.

It was easy to reach by scooter, and only about 10 minutes from the busy main area. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh water and towels provided. The staff were lovely and helpful. Special mention to the manager Sammy, who gave us lots of information and recommendations. He was fab!

The staff were quite nice and helpful, but I didn’t like the entrance at Cipta hotel. It was narrow, with a lot of unnecessary steps and stairs, and didn’t feel welcoming. We booked a pool access room so we could swim and sunbathe more easily. But ants and insects had taken over the space, so we didn’t swim or sunbathe at all. The pests were just too disruptive. The in-room kitchen was old and dusty, and the shower was wonky. The place looks like it needs a major refresh and makeover to be more comfortable. The hotel also feels out of the way, with nothing within walking distance. I’d read a handful of mixed reviews before deciding to try it myself.
