The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were warm, professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I had an amazing stay at HG Residence in Bali.

The price is affordable, the room is clean, and the location is quiet. The staff are good too.

The owner is narcissistic and turns the blame back on you if you complain about the room. There’s lots of black mold, and the water runs out frequently.

It’s very quiet here, so it could be just right if that’s what you want for your holiday. The downside is that the location feels quite remote and you need a motorbike to get around. The room hygiene could also be better.
