Ocean Valley Village Villa Pandawa

The administration and agents in this compound are very unprofessional. In my experience, they do as little as possible to get your money for as long as they can, then leave the properties without proper maintenance and expect tenants to repair the villas. I once had four villas here, but we pulled out completely because of poor construction and a lack of accountability from individual owners. I've lived here and run a business here, and after three years of dealing with the standards and professionalism at every level, I feel the truth needs to be shared to spare future guests the same problems. Monkeys roam freely and attack villas; dogs have attacked and killed a guest's cats. There have also been mold and fungus in old mattresses and bed sheets that owners refuse to replace. When viewing, check every mattress and pillow. Staff may just cover them with fresh linens, leaving the mold and fungus underneath. For anyone considering a long stay, villas b2,b3,c1 and c2 aren't suitable. Whatever the agent (probably Nita) or owners Edwin, Paulus etc say, you may face serious water and plumbing issues. Drains clog, and water heaters work intermittently. In my view, these three-bedroom villas are worth roughly 12 million a month at most, around 400,000 per night for the whole villa. If you're quoted more, I believe you're not getting value for your money. I'm sad to post such a negative review about a place that could be much better. I also believe most of the positive five-star reviews come from family members and staff, another way they lie and try to take your money. E

The peaceful surroundings and attentive staff helped make this a relaxing Balinese stay. The villas have private patios, kitchens, comfortable living spaces, and other useful amenities. Guests praise the private pools and lovely views, and the calm setting feels like a welcome escape from the busy city.

I love how quiet it is here, and it seems well suited to a family holiday. The private villa's pool is beautiful, and the view really puts my mind at ease.

A good place to get away from the noise and recharge. It's quiet, close to nature, and has that laid-back island feel. Great for clearing your head.
