Pinokkio Bed and Breakfast

The warmth and hospitality stood out most. We felt welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. The food was another highlight, freshly prepared, with bread they bake themselves. Breakfast was varied and healthy, with no additives. We highly recommend booking it, it’s well worth it. We stayed four nights and would’ve happily stayed longer if we’d had more time on the island. The place is small, cozy, and family-run, with a special atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and private, so it was easy to relax. The location is central but in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood called Onghazan. It’s less busy and crowded than areas like Uluwatu, which we really appreciated, and everything is a short scooter ride away. There’s a small pool and a lovely garden full of plants, including lemon and mandarin trees. They even grow their own aloe vera, which was a lifesaver after our first sunburn. It has such a friendly, warm vibe. We’d definitely come back anytime, and highly recommend it for a peaceful, authentic stay.

Nyoman made our visit especially lovely. She was friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The place itself feels beautiful and welcoming, and the homemade food was delicious. We had a real pleasure being here. Thanks again to everyone, I’d happily recommend it.

I wish we could have stayed longer. The calm atmosphere made the place feel like a home, and the manager was wonderful, almost like staying with friends. They care for street animals, and the coffee and wine were good too. The rooms and design were neat and lovely, and there’s a cozy restaurant area for spending the evening. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in Indonesia.

Our first attempt to visit was a letdown. We’d passed by a few times and meant to try the cafe, but aggressive stray dogs kept in front chased us away. The staff were sitting inside and didn’t step in. We won’t be going back, it didn’t feel welcoming at all.
