Puri Hasu Bali

A quiet family hotel with a big bed, but no luxury. The rooms are old, paint is coming off the walls, and the bathroom and closet smelled bad. The bathroom was dirty, too. There wasn’t any soap by the sink or a water refill, so you have to buy water at the stores.

The location worked great for reaching the beaches in southern Bali, and Uluwatu isn’t too far away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were nice, the AC worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was always clean. Terima kasih!🙏🏼

For the price, this family-run place was the best stay we had in Indonesia over 60 days of travel, mostly in places costing 15-25 dollars. The shared kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast, and there were several tables with outlets where I could work in the mornings. The internet was best there, though it wasn’t always great in room 1. The rooms smelled nice, had a small fridge, and they offered daily cleaning. The pool was fine for cooling off, though it wasn’t very deep.

A great place to get away, with a tranquil setting, lovely staff, clean rooms, and a fabulous pool and garden. Service was excellent, and the food was fairly good, with delicious coffee. You’ll want to rent a scooter, since restaurants and beaches take some traveling to reach. I’ll definitely return.
