I had a really nice short stay. The room was pretty clean and the Wi-Fi was okay, though there was no hot shower.

We spent one night here after booking through Agoda. The bed was very good for sleeping, the room was big enough, and every room has a balcony. Breakfast was good, and she cooked and served our American breakfast and complimentary breakfast really well. Staff were good, but they aren’t always at the desk. When we arrived to check in, nobody was there, so I had to call and look around until someone came. The listing on Agoda mentioned a welcome drink, coffee and tea, and late checkout until 4 p.m., but these weren’t available. The owner should update those details so customers aren’t misled by outdated information. There was hot water, but the shower flow was very weak. The sink tap in room 101 also needs maintenance because the water wouldn’t stop. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were beautiful, fresh, and clean, with fresh linen and a working TV with English channels. By Bali standards, they’re six-star, even though the hotel itself is a big, fresh, clean place that’s managed so poorly. There’s hardly any staff, just one person doing reception and cleaning from 15:00, plus one lovely lady. The breakfast was huge and amazing. On the second floor, the water pressure was so low it was hard to enjoy a shower. There’s also a rooster farm next door, but earplugs kept it from bothering us at night. This was the best hotel I stayed in during my two months in Bali. At $10 per person for a day, it’s an unbeatable deal.

The rooms were dirty, moldy, and noisy. At this price I wouldn’t expect five-star quality, but they should at least be livable. The staff were very rude. They seemed to understand my reasonably good English, then stopped understanding when I spoke reasonably. The owner is greedy and ignores messages and requests for compensation. There are other places to stay, so avoid this one.
