The place was filthy when we arrived, and the pool was green with algae. While we scrambled to find somewhere else to stay, a cleaner and a pool worker both showed up and agreed it was disgusting. Getting to that point was awful too. We booked through airbnb, then the host said maintenance would take a month and that we couldn't stay. When airbnb challenged them about a refund, the host took it back, so we couldn't cancel. As the evening wore on and we were still trying to arrange another place, the manager called and told us, two adults and a baby, to leave immediately. Probably the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are many better-run places in a better location.

The morning and night views were good, but for what we got, this villa felt overpriced. It badly needs maintenance. On the first day the pool wasn't ready to use, and the water didn't look very clean. The walls were in poor shape and the electricity wasn't working properly. Then in the middle of the night there was no water at all. I panicked because I needed water to wash my face and use the toilet. I wouldn't recommend it.

They told us we could pay during our stay, but then charged the full amount to our credit card. Despite many requests, they won't refund it, so now we have to dispute the charge with our bank. I strongly recommend against booking this villa. Their conduct shows no ethics.

This villa is listed for sale, and in its current state it shouldn't be rented. It needs cleaning and renovation. The architecture is very modern, though it sits in a very rural setting. The house is extremely minimalist, with no land at all, so it would suit a very specific kind of guest.
