The location and owner seemed OK, but the room was the worst part. It was extremely dirty and uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep all night. There was no hot water for the shower. They could clean the room, but they don't. This place gets zero from me unless the owner starts cleaning properly. At 375K, it's quite expensive for a room this dirty in this area.

The rooms were a bit spartan, but the stay had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, strong AC, a great hot shower, high-speed wifi, and a good breakfast. It's right in the town center, with an excellent coffee shop and restaurant across the street.

My pillowcase smelled, even though the sheet looked clean and white. Thank God I can sleep without a pillow. I meant to stay for two days, but shortened the visit because I couldn't stand the thought of going back to my room.

My friend and I spent almost a week there, and it was for sure the place to stay in Sumba. The room was very clean and the breakfast so nice, but what made the biggest difference was Tia's attention. She's the owner with her husband and also the manager. I'll never forget our time there. If I go back to Sumba one day, I know where I'll stay. Terima kasih banyak for everything 🙏🏽❤️
