Edit: It’s funny to talk about “Perfect conditions” when the photos are right there. Calling me aggressive is disgraceful, and using your staff’s culture to support made-up stories insults both them and the country you live in. I doubt you’ve even spoken to your staff. I speak bahasa and apparently understand the culture better than you do, since honesty and integrity are part of it. I actually apologized to your staff in bahasa for moving to another hotel. I didn’t complain. I simply told them we were leaving and said we were sorry. I feel really sorry for them now. It must be awful to have a boss who lies so blatantly. Original review: I left immediately after seeing the room and pool area. One pool was filled with pebbles and effectively unusable. The other looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I didn’t get my money back. Can NOT recommend.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the mattress was perfect. The linens and towels were clean too. The rooms are rustic, and the location is dry, so don’t expect lush gardens. The food was okay. Breakfast included a choice of eggs, Nasi goreng, or pancakes. The pancakes looked amazing, but we went with eggs, cooked perfectly and served with homemade bread.

I’m so happy to be here. I don’t like air conditioning, and they have fans and fresh air instead. The soups are yummy, and it’s generally very comfortable. The pool is clean, and so is the sea!

The setting is nice, and the food itself was very good. But service was disappointing. One staff member was pretty rude, didn’t greet us with a smile, seemed unmotivated, and was slow to help. We waited about 1.5 hours for one pasta and a starter. We asked several times if it would be much longer, and the response was simply, “Please wait.”
