They didn’t respond for hours and sent me to contact two different numbers. I’d booked with free cancellation, but cancelled only seven hours after the deadline because I had to call off my trip for health reasons. I told them early in the morning, while there was still time to offer the room to someone else. After eight hours, they said they wouldn’t refund anything because I was outside the cancellation window, with no exception for a medical situation. I found their lack of flexibility and empathy over an unexpected problem very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend the place based on how they handled customer service.

People were very noisy and disrespectful during sleeping hours. Apart from that, the place was very clean and the people were nice.

Really clean, with good food and great value for money. A great place, and I’d definitely come back.

Soft pillows and a comfortable bed made the stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of rooms for friends or groups. The hotel has heated water, a TV, and working AC to handle Sumba’s heat. Breakfast was decent too. It’s the best budget hotel you’ll find in Sumba, and I enjoyed my stay.
