The grounds looked like a rubbish dump, and there was a full bin of garbage left outside our room. Inside, we had just one hand towel for two adults and two kids. The place was filthy, the staff were surly and unhelpful, the AC didn't cool, and the water came and went. This is really just a large, dirty kos, not a hotel. I wouldn't let a dog stay here.

The rooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned since before COVID, and the workers were disrespectful and dishonest. We booked one night through agoda, but on arrival they wouldn't honor the booked price and wanted to charge us double. It felt like a scam aimed at travelers with few accommodation options in the area. We decided not to stay. Don't get tricked by the price, stay away.

The room was dirty and the toilet wasn't clean. The staff weren't friendly either, though the lady in the canteen was nice.
