The man who served us was okay, but the facilities were below par. At that price I expected Wi-Fi and a TV. I thought hot water came with the room, but it turns out I only had to pay once. I'm fed up.

The night waiters were older and friendly, and I was surprised by how good their service was. During the day, though, younger waiters took over and one was very rude. He spoke impolitely and seemed to half chase us away, even though checkout is usually allowed up to an hour after 12. My husband only asked for 10 minutes to pray Dzuhur first, but the waiter curtly said, "CAN'T!!!" I'm afraid to come back. Management, please pay attention to hiring friendly, pleasant employees, not hotel wardens.
