There is plenty of space, but the carpets make this a poor fit for anyone with allergies. My husband quickly reacted to the dust. The kitchen was dirty, the toilets smelled bad, and the place wasn't clean enough.

There was a small garden, and the room was good with hot water.

We stayed from January 31, 2025 to January 2, 2026, in a room large enough for six, three adults and three children. It had a water heater and clothesline, but no towels or toiletries. The room was fairly clean, though a bit dusty between some of the beds. The bathroom blower fan was dusty too and made some noise. The receptionist was friendly. Outside the room there was a water dispenser, glasses, tea, coffee, and sugar, and Wi-Fi was available. The location is very convenient, close to the Dieng 0 point photo spot, with lots of places to eat for different tastes and budgets. The rates are very affordable, even on New Year's Eve it was under 500K. Definitely recommend it. Great. 👍🏼

Our check-in around 7 PM went smoothly and quickly, even though we were cold and soaked from the rain on the way. We had booked through the app and got a room near the balcony. It's right by the Dieng kilometer zero point, a very convenient location. The room looked nice, was fairly clean, and had plenty of space. The bathroom was reasonably clean, but the shower was a little weak and the faucet could be better. Toiletries weren't given to us at check-in, though we got them after asking and seeing other guests receive theirs. Since we arrived drenched, having towels and a hairdryer ready would have helped. The light bed cover wasn't warm enough for the sharp Dieng cold. A fleece blanket would be much better. Hope they improve these things in future. Thanks for the good experience, Sir & Madam.
