The receptionist was singing loudly and disturbing people who were trying to rest. The downstairs room’s water heater was already off by 9 am, which made the cold place feel even colder.

I stayed for just one night. The room was clean, and since I booked for two, I got two towels along with sachets of soap and shampoo. The toilet made quite a bit of noise when flushing and refilling. I’m not sure whether the water heater took a long time to warm up or simply wouldn’t turn on in the morning, but for a one-night stay it didn’t matter much. The location is convenient, near a fairly large souvenir shop, and about 30 minutes from Dieng. Parking is very spacious, with room for more than five cars. There’s also parking outside the fence in front of the inn, though I can’t say whether it’s safe. A room on the top floor may have a nice sunset view, I think, but I didn’t get a chance to see it.
