The bathrooms could have been cleaner, though the hot shower worked well. We also found cigarette burns in the bed sheets and mold on the pillows. Staff greeted us warmly after the 10 minute walk from the bus terminal. At check-in, we were told pool use would cost extra because we had booked directly through their website, which struck us as odd. Next time, we’ll stay closer to the city center.

The room was dirty and smelly, with such poor ventilation that it felt more like a storeroom than a bedroom. We found lots of ants and two cockroaches. I did appreciate being allowed to move one of our two rooms to a room with more air at no extra charge after one of my family members had an asthma attack.
