There were no elevators, just stairs, and I was on the third floor. It was a bit of a tiring climb with a big backpack 😄. I booked a twin room for two; it was clean, though we got only one towel. The toilet door looked a little old and suddenly broke while locked, but the staff were friendly and fixed it right away. The AC and Wi-Fi worked well. The small street location is a bit far from Malioboro on foot. There was a hairdryer, but noise from other guests' children playing, crying, and talking loudly carried into the room.

The parking area was wide enough, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was comfortable too. Alena Residence Malioboro is a beautiful place, close enough to walk to Malioboro. Thanks so much, Alena Residence Malioboro. I hope I can visit again someday.

The location is handy, near Malioboro and Tugu train station. They have a coffee cafe with different snacks, which you can order to your room or enjoy there. For an affordable price, I found the room very clean and nice-smelling, with clean sheets, a comfy pillow, and a large, clean bathroom. There's a hairdryer, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Great value for a hotel, highly recommend.

Most of the main city tour spots are under 15 minutes away, even on foot. A premium location, with more than enough for travelers, backpackers, couples, or families. Please keep it clean and nice until my next visit.

The building and facilities are fresh, the rates are reasonable, and the staff are nice. It's among the main tourist spots in jogja, making it easy to get around everywhere. A lovely place to stay while exploring downtown jogja, really recommended. 👌👌👌
