Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, with fresh, satisfying local and international dishes. I also loved the complimentary photo session, such a thoughtful extra, and now we have those moments from our staycation to remember. I spent 2 nights here, and from the warm check-in welcome onward, everything felt hospitable and well managed. My room was spotless, nicely arranged, and very comfortable. The calm atmosphere made a short visit feel like a proper break. Those 2 nights exceeded my expectations. It felt meaningful as well as comfortable, and I’d definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Jogging around the grounds each morning was one of my favorite parts of staying at Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa. The resort is spacious and well maintained, so it was a lovely place for a refreshing run. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea, especially the warm buttery croissants, pretty cakes, and special treats with a view of Mount Merapi. The grounds and design are beautiful, with a peaceful, open feel. There are public and private pools, playgrounds, restaurants, and a spa, so there’s plenty for families, couples, or solo guests. My room was large and comfortable, with a big TV, spacious bathroom, and the amenities I needed. The staff were warm and friendly throughout, and the complimentary voucher for professional photos around the hotel was a nice extra. It was a memorable, relaxing stay, and I’d happily return to Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa.

I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff were attentive, genuinely kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the spa and surrounding areas made the visit even better. Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa is peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully kept, a lovely place to unwind after exploring Yogyakarta. I was very happy with my stay, and it’ll be my first choice when I come back. Highly recommended for comfort, good service, and a memorable visit.

The complimentary framed photo was a nice touch, and there was also an option to buy a full photo session as a package. I stayed one night, and the hotel felt up to a standard five-star level. The loud mosque loudspeaker nearby did affect my comfort a little, especially while relaxing on the balcony. That’s part of the surrounding area, though, and not the hotel's fault.
