The parking lot was quite spacious, and the room was clean. I stayed one night and liked being close to Pasar Kota Gede. There was no hot pot in the room, but a water dispenser was available on the 1st floor, and the facilities were good enough. I could still smell smoke around the lobby, maybe someone had been smoking nearby, which was uncomfortable. At least smoking inside the room wasn’t allowed.
Getting around was easy, with the bus terminal and city buses within walking distance. The room had good air conditioning and wifi, and they accepted my American credit card.
The room had ants everywhere, and the AC wasn't very cold. Morning staff were friendly, but the night staff were grumpy older guys.
A clean hotel with the lowest tariff in Jogjakarta, close to the Intercity and Local Bus Station. Good for backpackers.
The staff were good, and the place was really clean. A good spot!
