Hotel Citradream Yogyakarta

The supplies, including drinking water and amenities, were good, and nearly everything worked as it should. The TV was the exception, with very little to watch because the signal wasn't great. Water pressure on the fifth floor was also weak. I stayed for three nights in a basically good room that wasn't brand new, and the central city location was great. It was a pretty pleasant stay.

We were meant to stay one night, but left after just half an hour when we found cockroaches in the room. The sheets were stained and visibly dirty, and the bathroom didn't look cleaned. The hotel wouldn't offer us another arrangement or a refund based on what we found. The rooms, corridors, and elevator are worn and run down, nothing like the photos in the description. For a similar price, I'd suggest the hotel next door, which was cleaner.

The location is perfect, and the rate is cheap and reasonable if you're trying to save money. We were there for three days. The room was quite small, with no kettle, iron, or closet, just a rod to hang clothes on. The toilet was only okay, and the bed was so soft that my body sank in the middle. Breakfast was average local food, with no eggs, whether boiled or omelets. Housekeeping did tidy the room every day. The facilities could use improvement.

It's close to Malioboro, and the room was clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty. They should check the amenities before guests arrive, though. There was no soap in the room.
