For under 200k, this is a cheap and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was tidy and nice. You get decent basics like a double bed, AC, and TV, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a budget hotel.

The room I was sent to at Ndalem Mantrijeron Hotel looked old, and the windows were covered in dust. I’d booked Rumah Eyang after getting an OYO promo because its rate was good and it had a 4+ star rating. But when I arrived to check in at 7 PM, the receptionist told me I had to stay at a different hotel and gave no reason. Ndalem Matrijeron wasn’t clean either.

The owner was nice, and Mbak Willy helped me so much during my stay. She deserves a raise 😇 I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Jogja.

The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and in a convenient spot. A good, inexpensive place to stay. I’d come back.

The bedsheet was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the air conditioner was loud without making the room cold. Everything felt bad. Worst hotel ever.
