The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and neat, and I loved it. The bathroom was roomy too. It had a fridge and kettel, plus a seating area right outside our door. There was also a dispenser for refilling water. It's a comfy homestay with these facilities. The location is down a small alley, but cars can still get through, and there's a pretty spacious parking area in front.

It was clean and quiet, and the room had a mini fridge. Worth the price. I was surprised they let Gojek/Grab drivers come inside the building to deliver food, though, and it made me feel unsafe. I'd suggest the owner limit that and have guests collect food outside.

I had a pleasant stay. There was plenty of cabinet space for our things, the bed was large, and hot water for the shower was always available.

This homestay is gewd. If you're in YK and need a cheap but nice place, you can choose it. The staff were kind and helpful, and there's free water in front of the room. There's a kedai kopi right in front of the hotel too, so you can get coffee, a burger, or french fries.

A cozy, very clean place, and the staff were so warm they made me feel at home. It's close to the Main Street Affandi road, just a minute's walk, with plenty of places to eat at “students friendly” prices. The location is also convenient for Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta State University, and Sanata Dharma, about 3 minutes by motorbike. Right in the heart of Yogyakarta. Recommended 100%.
