The staff were friendly and very proactive about helping with luggage. My one-night room was clean and quite comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to Malioboro Street and the Yogyakarta train station. As checkout approached around 10:00 AM, the Wi-Fi signal disappeared, even though it had worked earlier that morning. Hopefully that gets fixed. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to stay in Yogyakarta.

Salamat Pagi. I’m visiting from Fiji and staying at Grand Zuri Hotel at Malioboro Yogyakarta Indonesia. The location is great, right on Malioboro Street where many Yogyakarta shops are, and it’s easy to get around. I love the hotel facilities, especially the large room, gym facilities, and swimming pool. The restaurant food is too good, and I’ve had an awesome experience here. The staff provide good service and are always smiling and welcoming. I’d give it 5 out of 5.

We especially loved taking an evening walk near Jl. Malioboro to enjoy Yogyakarta’s lively atmosphere without needing a car. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the room was cozy and comfortable after a long day of exploring. Breakfast had a nice variety of tasty options, and the pool’s water slide was a big hit with my kids, who spent lots of time playing there. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Zuri Yogyakarta and would recommend it for a family trip or time with friends. The comfort and central location make us want to come back. Our room was spacious and comfortable, a quiet place for the whole family to settle in. The reception team was warm, patient, and very helpful with our kids. This hotel is exceptionally family-friendly.
