The covered parking is the hotel's strongest point, especially if you're arriving by car or motorbike. The rooms are roomy, but worn, and the rest of the stay was disappointing despite the low price. There was no toilet paper anywhere; when we asked, they handed out napkins. Water pressure was weak, and the hot water only lasted briefly. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom had neither a sink nor a mirror. We also found geckos and insects in the room, and the internet was poor. I wouldn't stay here for long.

It’s a decent area to get some rest, but the room needs a lot of work. The hot water didn’t come on, and the air conditioner remote barely worked. Also, the charging terminal is positioned above the bed, which makes it awkward to charge a device while sleeping.

The location is excellent, and the place is fairly clean. Parking is tight, so the receptionist often needs your car key to move things around. Hot water also takes a very long time to warm up.

Right in the busy KH Ahmad Dahlan area, this is one of the hotels closest to Jogjakarta city’s zero kilometer mark. You can book a room through the RedDoorz application now. There is parking on site, though space only fits four cars.

The rooms are pretty average, which makes sense for the low price, but the location and service are really good. There are cheap food shops all around. Just a note, I wrote this while the building was still being renovated.
