The traditional layout is beautiful, and it's cheap, with monthly rentals at IDR 2,000,000/month. I liked that it's in the touristic-southern part of Jogja, close to cafes and restaurants, which is why I'm giving it stars. But the hygiene needs attention. Staff didn't seem to clean or tidy the room carefully, and I could tell the bed-sheet hadn't really been cleaned. Mosquitoes also swarmed around in the evening. I hope management takes care of it.

I like the traditional Javanese house concept, but the facilities don't seem worth the price. The Wi-Fi is painfully slow, and cleanliness needs to improve.

This is a home stay of Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono 7th, with heritage from his collection displayed in the center of the hotel. It's very nice. The room rate is average, and the price is the cheapest. There is hot water, AC, and a wide parking area.

I stayed here for one month and liked the atmosphere. It's a classic hotel with lots of trees, in a great location, and the price is affordable. The room was a little unmaintained, though.

I wouldn't recommend it for kost. The price doesn't match the exclusive kost facilities, food is hard to find, the Wi-Fi channel is bad, and the hot water often goes out. When something in the facilities has a problem, the response is slow.
