The cigarette smell in the living room and family room lasts from morning until night, so I wouldn't recommend this place if you're allergic to or dislike smoke. And if you want a quiet night's sleep, be warned: the only separation between rooms is a painting. Being next to someone from Jakarta who talks as loudly as a loudspeaker was really uncomfortable. The room has full AC and a smart TV, though the bathroom is outside. It's in a strategic spot near Alfamart, Indomaret, the mosque, and food stalls with reasonable prices. Kliwir's delicious free-range chicken soto is close by too, only 12,000 Rupiah, as the man in charge recommended.

It feels like coming home to grandma's house, and the place is comfortable. The bathroom is outside, but the AC is cold. The mother and father are very friendly. It's near the city center, Malioboro, and Tugu station, so lots of places are close. If I visit Jogja again, I'd like to stay here. I hope mom and dad are doing well.

The mother and father are so welcoming, and the place is comfortable. It seems all the rooms have bathrooms outside, but there are three bathrooms available, so don't worry. I think I'll book this place again when I visit Yogyakarta.

The owners, a mother and father, are very friendly, and there's parking. The place is really nice and I highly recommend it if you need somewhere to rest. If I go to Jogja, I'd stay here again 🙏😊

The hotel was closed, and I feel cheated because I'd already paid. I had to rent another hotel today. I hope I get a refund.
