Joglo Aruna

Joglo helped make our stay memorable. The room and kitchen were clean and roomy. It would be useful to have a toothbrush and toothpaste provided, along with a chair in the room.

The upstairs area has chairs and long tables running along the rooms, and parking is limited to motorbikes. I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying the stay was: friendly service, a spacious clean room, and a cool feel with greenery outside. Breakfast is available too, with bread, jam, and coffee or tea.

A good choice for backpackers. The surroundings are peaceful, the rooms are clean, and the price is affordable. Staff are helpful and very friendly. There’s also a shared kitchen if you feel like cooking.

The location was poor, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the courtyard common areas. I also paid for laundry, but after two days the clothes were still wet. I booked through booking for four nights and left after two because the place didn’t match its description. The staff either couldn’t speak English or acted as if they didn’t understand. The mattress was broken, there was no bathroom sink or hot water, and the included breakfast was terrible. I felt safer eating elsewhere. Despite the discrepancies that made me leave early, they wouldn’t refund even one night.
