It's close to Malioboro, but the room isn't soundproof, so keep that in mind if you're up to something, haha.

Room 205 has a balcony on the second floor, so you can look out over the area. The place is clean, and the superior-bed rooms are cute, though it feels more like a boarding house than a hotel. It’s near Tugu Station and one of the cheapest options in its class, with two 600mL water bottles, towels, and toiletries included. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can park a motorcycle or rent a Beat for 80,000 Rupiah a day. The shower is small, and you can hear traffic outside. There’s no car parking, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re arriving by car.

The AC was wonderfully cold, and they provided free black coffee and two bottles of water. It’s close to Malioboro, the rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. The spring bed felt pretty wirey while we were there, and there’s no parking. The bathroom has a small tap and no hot water. Still, things were good overall. Best of luck!
