The staff were very attentive. The AC wasn’t cold when I first entered the room, but hotel staff fixed it promptly. The rooms were okay, though a mini fridge would’ve been useful. The location is good, not far from Malioboro, and express laundry is only a five-minute walk away. My one gripe is the noon checkout. There are no late checkouts.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and housekeeping did a good job. There’s parking if you rent a car or bike, and smoking is allowed at the pool but not in the room. A few things could’ve been better: I booked a queen bed but got twin singles, though it was okay, and the shower pressure kept switching between fast and slow. There’s no mini fridge, which is annoying when you buy cold drinks and can’t keep them cold. That’s all I can think of. Hope your experience is as good as mine.

Poor service. We booked three rooms, but when we checked in, the bedroom water wasn’t working at all. We also asked to borrow a spoon and plate and were charged Rp 25 rb. The rules are really unpopular.

The room at Nueve Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta was so comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love this hotel, it’s beautiful and amazing. Thank you so much, Nueve Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta. I hope I can come back someday.

I visited on 3rd of June 2019. The hotel was comfortable and quite clean, with very good Wifi and an okay pool. The food was decent, though the selection wasn’t very complete. I did like that they changed up the breakfast food while I was staying. Parking is limited, so I wouldn’t recommend coming with a big group.
