It's quiet and comfortable here, with an "angkringan" nearby. The room is big enough for extra beds, and Malioboro and Superindo are both close, about a 3-minute walk to Superindo for late-night snacks. Towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are provided, so bring your other toiletries. There's a swimming pool too.

This part of Jogja feels calmer and gives you a chance to walk around local neighborhoods and see everyday life. There are local food spots everywhere, and although it's near the Kraton area, it isn't a hotel-heavy tourist district. The place itself has rooms and a small swimming pool. The staff were kind and helpful, always available to arrange things like a motorbike or somewhere to dry clothes.

The surroundings are peaceful, away from the highway, and it's only about 5 minutes by motorcycle to Malioboro. I stayed one night in the new building. The room was spacious and looked out over the pool. Some things, like the amenities, sandals, and breakfast, could be improved in the future.

The staff were so friendly and even helped us get a motorbike. We stayed a few nights and found the rooms spacious and very clean. The Wi-Fi was patchy, and unfortunately the pool was closed during our visit in Nov 2024.
