A few details before booking: Redorz manages the property. The rooms have fans, as shown in the photos, and there’s parking for two-wheeled vehicles, also shown in the photos and on the Alley Map. There’s no parking for four-wheeled vehicles, as noted in the Redorz app, so please check the description for more information. Bathrooms are shared and separate from the rooms. The rooms were dirty and gross. Getting there means going through a narrow alley, and when I arrived at 10 PM there was no reception. I wouldn’t book this place again.

A friendly, responsive owner and a very handy spot for getting around on foot. Malioboro and the Titik Nol Post Office are both close by. This is a great budget stay for backpackers or people traveling by motorcycle, with either air conditioning or a fan depending on the room. The amenities and service fit the price. You enter through the alley beside the Cavinton Hotel, and a small car can get as far as the front yard. Thank you.
