The location is extremely strategic and, surprisingly, free of traffic, so getting around the city was easy and stress free. I stayed at Swiss-Belboutique Jogja from 17 to 22 December 2025 and was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, which made the stay warm and welcoming. My room was a good size, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, as was the furniture. The spotless bathroom had a marble finish that gave it a classy, premium feel. In my opinion, it’s the best four star hotel in Jogja. I’ve stayed at many others in the city, and this one stands out for comfort, service, and the overall experience. I’d definitely stay again.

Aside from the noise, this is a very good hotel and I’d love to come back. The first night, there was loud music from the top floor or bar, I’m not sure which. A few days later, they started moving furniture in the middle of the night, so I called reception to get them to stop. Without all that noise, it would have been five stars.

There’s a good range of food and drinks at breakfast, and they even offer different pillows to suit guests’ needs. The location is strategic, with lots of hip cafes nearby. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, and meeting facilities. During my stay there was some kind of art installation on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is right in the center of Yogyakarta, which is a big advantage. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and service, and the food was great. The staff were very pleasant. Big thanks to Nisa for looking after the guests and making an effort to help them feel more comfortable.
