The bathroom was extremely dirty, with mold everywhere, and the air conditioner was leaking. There were ants all over and a kamitetep on the wall. The closet was dirty too, there was no toilet tissue, and there wasn't any body wash in the bathroom.

The car parking area is what could be better, and the bathroom needs more space because it's quite small. On the plus side, the rooms have a unique feel, food prices seem reasonable, and the staff are very hospitable. It's easy to find and close to Malioboro.

There isn't breakfast, though the hotel does offer room food service. The room isn't large, especially for four people, but the price makes that understandable. It's a good choice for tourists traveling by train since the station is quite close.

A cozy room with a big bed, fast internet, and friendly service, all for good value. Malioboro isn't right next door, but it's not far either, just a couple hundred meters on Google Maps.

The room was much too small for four, and they didn't provide drinking water or toothbrushes. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and smelled awful. I wouldn't recommend it even to backpackers. Worst stay of my life.
