We found the hotel peaceful despite being close to downtown and the central station, on a lovely street. The staff greeted us warmly, and our room was spacious and clean. The pool made a nice refreshing break. Breakfast was a generous, tasty buffet, with freshly made food and a different local treat each day alongside something sweet. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are fairly basic, but they had what we needed for a good night's sleep. The staff were kind, and the outdoor area and pool were lovely. Breakfast was nice as well, and we made useful use of the laundry service. The main street in Yogya is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The staff were helpful and the food was okay. It’s a good spot and pretty quiet, though the rooms feel a bit tired. By the end of the day the pool looked like soup, so it could use a stronger filter.

For an affordable hotel, having a pool was a plus. The breakfasts were good, and there’s also a restaurant and bar on site.

The gardens, pool, and staff are what keep this place going. Breakfast was disappointing, either cold or with too few choices. Since it’s right beside a mosque, the 4am wake-up can be a problem if you want to sleep in. Other guests also seem to have trouble opening or locking the double-lock doors, which can wake you up.
